Body By Lagree Society · San Antonio

It's Not Pilates. It's Lagree.

  • No cardio. No treadmills, bikes, or rowers.
  • Slow reps, constant tension — 45 minutes, every muscle shaking.

Tired of working out alone or not getting results?

Nobody drifts through our Lagree class. A coach is on the floor the whole 45 minutes — fixing your form, counting you down, guiding every spring change.

Watching your friends shake and survive next to you is half the fun. Finishing something hard together is the other half — it's what keeps people coming back.

BBL Society is a community that shows up for each other: to get stronger, feel confident, and actually enjoy the work. We can't wait to welcome you in.

See the studio, meet the Megaformer, ask anything. Tell us how to reach you and we'll set up a time.

Questions, answered.

No. Most people in class started exactly where you are. Every exercise has a beginner version, and the coach will set you up before class.

No. Lagree is its own method — slow-tempo strength training on the Megaformer. If you've done reformer classes, the machine will look familiar, but the workout won't feel familiar.

That's backwards. The Mega adjusts to you: springs go lighter, moves get modified. Class meets you where you are; it just refuses to leave you there.

Leggings or fitted athletic wear and grip socks (sold at the studio). Skip loose shorts — you'll be moving on a carriage.

Yes. That's the point. But it's slow and low-impact — hard on your muscles, gentle on your knees and back.
